The Lowdown
It looks like I am writing on my 20 to Goal blog more than this one...tee hee. Why? Because that is what is going on in my life. As boring as it may be.
What is cooking? Not much. Everyone is good. Hubz is fitting in so well with his new job. He and his boss get along fabulously. I am so glad. He is having a great time there and just loves it. And he looks so handsome when he leaves for work! I am used to him leaving in sweats, so this is a nice change.
Benny is now playing with Barbies. Yes. And of course he loves the one that the dog chewed the arms off. Last night he had her in the sink washing her hair. What a nutball. He isn't getting any for Christmas, I can tell you that. He likes to play with the Austin Powers action figure that we have too. It's funny.
Maddy is doing well. She keeps telling me that she likes playing the flute but she never practices. We had this trouble a few years ago when she took piano. I am concerned. Any ideas on what I can do to motivate her?
Me? What about me? Nothing much going on. I must say I enjoyed my time off for the Thanksgiving holiday last week. I could have used just one more day. Did I tell you about the month of December? We have a lot going on. First weekend we have a birthday party to go to. The next weekend we are going to the Reading Terminal Market and Macy's to see the light show. The next weekend the kids will stay overnight at MIL's and Hubz and I will do our 'all in one day' Christmas shopping, then the next weekend is the neighborhood Christmas party, which is always a good time. I am so excited for this month. OH ...and we will be cutting down our tree at Linvilla Orchards one of those weekends too. Sigh.
So that is the update and the lowdown on what is happening. Just random stuff. I don't have one particular thing to blog about, BUT once December hits look for lots of blogging and hopefully lots of pictures.

I love that you are soo cheery about all you have on your plate- you always brighten my day! I am too overwhelmed that Sat is Dec 1st to even THINK about shopping- and our tree is already up - we still have to decorate outside- but the rain has been ruining that one...the holidays have just come upon me way too fast! I am glad all is well with you! When Spaz had a facination with dolls I went out and tried to find him any type of male "action figure" that I could...I never had an issue with him playing with girls stuff- and now at 7 he is all boy... Sweetie girl plays the flute and the clarinet, I am not musically inclined at all- so she gets that from her bio-mom- she just stays motivated- to be honest she is more motivated than me-LOL So I have no advice on THAT one for ya- take care-
